The EU also opened an investigation into whether Apple's technology fee for third-party developers violates the sweeping new law.The tech giant has a chance to respond to the preliminary findings before EU regulators make a final decision by March 2025. "We are confident our plan complies with the law, and estimate more than 99% of developers would pay the same or less in fees to Apple under the new business terms we created," Apple said.
