Letter: We live in a closed political market dominated by Democrats or Republicans. We need more options.

Aren’t we sick of having to choose to keep or toss our government? In the end, that’s all America is ever given as our options for election.

Imagine if you went to university and you could only choose between an English degree and a math degree. No computer science, no law, no biology, nothing else. Choosing between only two options is not much of a choice at all. We live in a free market economy where we can choose which products we like.

We live in a closed political market where we are told to choose between Democrats or Republicans, and any other option isn’t viable.
