'We are closely following recent developments in Argentina and are in ongoing dialogue with the authorities,' said an IMF spokesperson.

The International Monetary Fund said in a statement Tuesday that it would"soon" send a team to Argentina. The statement came after the new economy minister said the government would do everything possible to stabilize the currency, following the August 11 primary-election result that rocked domestic markets. More than the election result this is a sign of a missgovernment, they crashed every economic index since 2015.

Clearly we have another great sign for Argentina. If the IMF is in town that means another bailout is on the horizon and that default might be just around the corner. I'm staying far away from argentina, it's a fiscal house of card, not worth the pain. investment investing
