Sharks head to Loftus with momentum via SABCNewsOnline

With just one game left in the campaign before the semi-finals, a win against theAfter an indifferent start to the competition, which saw them lose to the Griquas and Pumas, winger Kobus van Wyk says the squad now feels a lot more settled.It has been a disappointing season for Pote Human’s side who run the risk of having to play the Currie Cup promotion-relegation match if they lose to the Sharks by more than seven points.

For that to happen they must beat the Sharks by 12 points and hope the Free State Fifteen beat Western Province. Van Wyk laughed off the possibility of his side losing by a massive margin. The Sharks have been boosted by the return of Andre Esterhuizen and Thomas Du Toit from the Springbok camp. While the duo will feel disappointed to be cut from Rassie Erasmus’s World Cup plans, it is a boost for the Sharks. Hooker Kerron van Vuuren says he feels for them, but business must go on.
