The NT Government tightens tender rules after criticism of a turf club grant.

"Current rules allowed the Government to cease a tender only if there was an actual conflict of interest," Mr Gunner said."No conflict was found, it was managed.

Mr Gunner said changes would be implemented to ensure the Government could cancel tenders based on the perception of a conflict of interest.
