I think they also need to pass a law that you can't give a bonus that's more than a year's salary for these CEOs so if you make 5 million a year you can't get more than a 5 million-dollar bonus not a 20 million dollar bonus

News flash. He plans on raising taxes on EVERYBODY. Period.... and by the way companies will find their way around that by giving stock options etc to lower the 'pay' and they will still reward their CEO.
So if you have a very basic entry level job worked by 50 million people worldwide, and it is your job to oversee the operations of that entire company... you should only make 50x what the person putting detergent on a shelf should make? Come on. 😂
