Dennis Muilenburg will appear before Congress on anniversary of first of two crashes

The Boeing chief executive, Dennis Muilenburg, will admit on Tuesday that the aircraft manufacturer made mistakes, and pledge that accidents like the two 737 Max crashes that killed 346 people will not happen again.

A little late... and “mistakes” is an understatement.

Over complicated , I would never get on one

Will that sort of mistake be repeated again when the B777-X will start operational emirates cathaypacific lufthansa will you all take risk ? Do you all trust Boeing any more ?

The mistake to be cheap, by retrofitting oversized engine onto an airframe that was *never* designed for it, turning it into a Frankenstein, raising the engine mount height, which destabilized flight, so they wrote software, but cheaped out again by adding only 1 critical sensor.
