- A federal judge in Texas on Tuesday rejected Chinese telecommunications equipment maker Huawei Technologies’ constitutional challenge to a U.S. law that restricted its ability to do business with federal agencies and their contractors. In a 57-page decision, U.S. District Judge Amos Mazzant ruled in favor of the United States, concluding that Congress acted within its powers by including the restriction in the National Defense Authorization Act, which also targeted Chinese company ZTE Corp (

Going to the fox asking him to release a chicken or two ! It was always going to fail.

US won't let huawei use the US for its global domination. It's a fair judgment call because the deal will give US the absolute nothing. US is way behind CH in global commercial communication because too many hands jam in the cookies jar. All greeds but no gov diection. Poor!

It seems all the other ways to beat off Huawei rather than developing US's own 5G or 6G are much easier.

China should complain to WTO. This is symptomatic of the ThucydidesTrap

HUAWEI's intellectual theft is mind boggling. They do this in plain sight and the world is okay with it because knock off is always cheaper.
