CoreLogic’s Kevin Brogan says "another really big increase in auction activity" has been experienced across Australia's capital cities.

The property commentator gave Sky News an update of auction results across the capital cities in the nation, with 2,466 auctions being held and plenty of up-beat activity on show. "Clearance rates are at 77.7 per cent on a combined capital city weighted average," Mr Brogan said. "In Sydney we had just over 900 auctions with a clearance rate of 81 and a half per cent," he said.
