The chain also expanded childcare benefits, increasing back-up care days through Care@Work from 10 to 20 and implementing service that allows workers to get reimbursed up to $125 per day for childcare costs.
Unfortunately ALSEA the representative party of Starbucks in Mexico sent the workers home without any retribution.

Except for the boneheaded Manager in New York 17th (forgot the exact address), Starbucks gives great CustomerExperience. From what I can tell, this is because employees are taken care of. Bravo! Starbucks
