China’s “free from meat” market, which includes alternative meat products, grew 33.5% since 2014 to be worth just under $10 billion in 2018, according to Euromonitor. It predicts that the industry will be worth $11.9 billion by 2023.

China needs to watch its fresh water supply with Nestle around.
Nestle surely knows how human rights are treated in China and the environment there. I just want to say it is not very vegan and I am totally not going to buy or recommend their made in China products. China

I’m old enough to remember when they shut down the local plant in my old neighborhood. There were thousands without jobs. Good to see them helping the economy by... going overseas for cheaper labor... 😒
