PETALING JAYA: The Finance Ministry is studying efficiency of the economic stimulus packages implemented during the Covid-19 pandemic period and will be introducing immediate steps to improve them.

Finance Minister Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Abdul Aziz said this was to ensure that help for the target groups affected by the Covid-19 pandemic could be delivered more effectively.

This was in response to a question from Datuk Rozman Isli who asked the steps the government was taking to help families whose breadwinners had lost their jobs due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
