What is R100m between looters? Sounds a bit like a joke.

Unfortunately most of that money is going to repair the rail infrastructure and other government buildings destroyed by people, South Africans and foreigners alike, the remainder is going to the cadres and their tenderpreneurs partners for projects that never took off🙄
