The broad-based S&P 500 was up 0.3 per cent at 3,445.53 while the tech-rich Nasdaq Composite Index climbed 0.4 per cent to 11,529.71. “Fiscal stimulus updates will remain in focus with negotiations expected to resume today,” Wells Fargo Advisors said.
