“It is alleged that during their directorship in the Regiments companies they committed the offences of corruption, fraud and money laundering in relation to Transnet,” court papers read.
“The NDPP says that the offences were part of the state capture project aimed at enriching the defendants, the Gupta family and their associates,” the court said. “The defendants argued that the provisional restraint order was improperly sought and obtained,” the court papers read.

It's a minor set back, NPA has been bolstered by people who are hungry for prosecutions, perhaps the remains of Gupta allies in the NPA botched the case when they first attempted to freeze the assets, the NPA lost on a technicality which im sure they will redeem

At some point I'd like to believe that the npa has competent staff.. That are able to apply their mind.. How defuck did they think this application would have been granted? If they had outsourced this mandate whoever did this should be slapped with cost de bona propriis
