But, income-driven repayment plans and other forbearance options are available to student loan borrowers after forbearance ends.3. Consider pivoting your skills where possible

If you've lost work during the pandemic and are finding it hard to put your skills back to work, consider shifting the way they're used. "The pandemic hasn't impacted everyone equally," Bovard says. "Restaurants, bars, and movie theaters have obviously gotten crushed, but places like cleaning companies, and grocery stores have been thriving through all of this." Shifting your job to cater to these needs could help you make ends meet.
