A business owner who caught a man breaking into his restaurant on Easter Sunday took to Facebook to offer him a job instead of contacting the authorities and pressing charges

Carl Wallace was woken shortly after 4am on Easter Saturday - also Mr Wallace's 45th birthday - to a hooded man smashing his way into his business, Diablo's Southwest Grill in Augusta, Georgia.
