In 2020, the median salary for cannabis CEOs was US$315,450 . In 2021, that has increased 11 per cent to US$350,300 . California, Colorado and Florida were cited as the largest employers in the industry, creating nearly 125,000 full-time jobs and netting more than US$7 billion in combined sales.
