Top Glove pledges support for UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights

: Top Glove, the world’s largest manufacturer of gloves, pledged its support for the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights In conjunction with Human Rights Day, which fell on Dec 10.

The UNGP, endorsed by the UN Human Rights Council in June 2011, is a set of 31 principles for states and companies to prevent, address and remedy human rights abuses committed in business operations.i.
