Located on Preston Road east of the Dallas North Tollway, the 200-acre industrial development has been in the works since 2018. Blue Star Land and Lincoln Property now plan to start construction on another 132,054 square-foot speculative warehouse building in Star Business Park, planning documents filed with the state show.The developers are currently marketing three other buildings in Star Business Park for sale.
