The small business council has ruled out new rights to strike across employers as part of a review of its pact with unions on multi-employer bargaining.

It said COSBOA did not support sector-wide bargaining, “compulsory multi-employer bargaining” or “any measure that enables or would make strike action more likely within an organisation, within a sector, across sectors or across groups of businesses”.
