Company owners vent their frustrations over Miti's system

Although the government has given the green light, companies must obtain approval from MITI before they can start their operations.

Loh KH said: “Dear MITI, since last night until now, whenever I keyed in all the needed data and press Simpan & Terus button, the system lead us back to main login page. All our data and time spent wasted for 2 days. Please check and rectify the system immediately. Thanks.” Umi Madihah said: “MITI, I am so disappointed with your CIMS system... We keyed in all the data and when to submit, appear ralat 419/500 , I have been wasting my time from yesterday until now...... please do something to your system.”

Emilyling said: “From yesterday night until now, I have filled up many time until I feel frustrated. Please advise what I can do.”
