Schools that suspend more students have more of them end up in jail

Two crossed lines that form an 'X'. It indicates a way to close an interaction, or dismiss a notification.Schools with strict disciplinary measures, like suspension, are more likely to have students that are later incarcerated or arrested as adults, new research indicates.

Black and Hispanic students are also more likely to be arrested as adults if they go to strict schools. This research suggests discipline and suspension plays a major part in the school-to-prison pipeline, thewhere students, typically Black students from low-income neighborhoods, are sent to prison or juvenile detention due to overcriminalization in schools.

this is obvious for everybody who has still a brain. Of course if my kids watch tv and do nothing they ll best get loser and worst looters.

because the kids are twats

How are they measuring strictness of suspension? Did they examine individual policies for each school, or just look at the overall suspension rate for each school?

Alternate headline: shitty people who break the law as adults are more likely to break the rules as students as well.

It’s called: school to prison pipeline. Has been a thing for ages

So students that disrupt the learning process because their homes are broken means the 'state' should keep them in school and force other students to absorb and deal with their bad behavior? Resulting in undue and unsolicited stress?
