Jack Dorsey explains why wanting to work 20 hours a day to be like Elon Musk is 'bulls---' - Business Insider

Jack Dorsey is warning startup founders that they need to be concerned about burning themselves out. a podcast hosted by Rich Kleiman, NBA superstar Kevin Durant's manager.

"Like, 'Success means I work 20 hours a day and I sleep four because that's what I read that Elon Musk does.' Which is bulls---," Dorsey said. Kleiman asked whether young startup founders need to be worried about burning themselves out, to which Dorsey replied: "100%."

My average work time is 11 - 14 hours a day. Then i do about 1 - 2 hours of workout then i try to get about 8 hours of sleep. Throughout the day i have my fruits & herbs as a meal and drink plenty of water. I try to take 1 day off a week. Work 6 days and fully rest 1 day.

jack knows all about BS...Hey, since his feed is full of fake woke and fake feminist bull, why not do a search of every female congressperson/senator on the Dem side with the C word, and then send to marciadorsey so she can get a feel for what her son actually does IRL to women

My Father told me as a you man to live every day is if it were your last. Because one day it will be.

I doubt Musk works 20 hours a day.

Do your own thing was my Grandmothers advice who lived till 102 and her two sisters till 104 and 102. They would get up at the break of day, as would my mother who passed at 94, a WW2 frontline nurse. Never waste a minute was my mothers advice, no matter how rich you are.
