It'll be legal to possess and grow though. It's like a grey market, similar to reservation cigarettes, except more open and lenient. A lot of people won't even buy pot smokes because friends/family will be gifting each other samples of their plants year round like bottles of wine
I think this is absolutely true. Young people are going to do it, legal or not, so better to make it legal and safe at the right age.
Not true. This decision is pure financial. JustinTrudeau has not the research on the impact of THC of the developing brain. Medically not a wise decision. Only financial. Black market is going to exist anyway despite the age limit.
