Ekurhuleni mayor Tania Campbell has condemned the murder of theThembisile Ngendane was gunned down on Friday afternoon allegedly by three unidentified men.Police have since launched a manhunt for the killers.The incident follows a tragic death last week in Daveyton of a grade ten learner believed to have been mistakenly shot by another learner before taking his own life.
Spokesperson for the mayor Phakamile Mbengashe says: “Tania Campbell vehemently condemns the senseless murder of a deputy principal in Thembisa. South African Police Service and all social partners in the City of Ekurhuleni to work together to curb the incidents of violent crimes in our schools.”
