Canada Mortgage and Housing Corp. says the country's real estate market is expected to moderate over the next two years as the growth in housing prices is expected to slow to more in line with economic fundamentals.

If it's repeated enough times maybe the population might believe it

still unaffordable in the gta and surrounding area!

With the continual increase in rates, high housing costs and wages not keeping up, expect a housing slump. So sad the youth of today can't afford to purchase a home.
