I didn’t think much of it, but then when I realized what time it was, I thought, ‘Let’s get down there.’”
Brown added that a neighboring business, The Joint, an art and handcraft shop, endured minor smoke damage but will likely require just a simple cleanup job. By the time the flames were put out, Anchor Pantry’s storefront suffered significant damage that will require a remodel. No one was injured in the incident.
