Business Maverick: Ukraine Latest: Putin Orders Army to Recruit 137,000 More Troops

Russian forces fired at four districts in Dnipropetrovsk overnight, local authorities said on Telegram, while Interfax-Ukraine reported several explosions were heard in the Kyiv region overnight.
