The House read the bill for the first time on 22 June. However, it has yet to list the bill for the second reading. ‘‘The Omnibus Bill is an intervention of the Presidential Enabling Business Environment Council aimed at consolidating and amending outdated legislative provisions towards removing bottlenecks for micro, small and medium enterprises.
