In her new role, Williams will lead day-to-day operations, work with the leadership team and achieve company growth objectives.

Williams has been with Prospera since 2007. Before her promotion, Williams served as the firm's COO, a role she will continue to hold. She has held management positions in financial operations, risk management, recruiting and marketing throughout her career.
