Rents are down at least 25% from what they were in 2019, and we're not paying key money or for buildout. So our entire focus has been around product development and streamlining systems.No cashiers, just kiosks. Fewer people are working and they're making a lot more money, so there's loyalty, and we've had hardly any employee turnover since opening 18 months ago.

You've opened four new spots in eighteen months and are still looking around for opportunities. Why the rush?
