Playbook for 2023: How to implement a four-day workweek

The four-day workweek has grown from a corporate curiosity to a new front in the battle for talent in just a few years.

Instead, use the switch to a four-day workweek to make sure you are measuring employees on objective measurements and outcomes. Take the time you need. Don’t rush the process. Set realistic timelines that allow the company to adjust to the new normal of a four-day week as well as extra time to fix any issues that arise during its implementation.
