The only way to find out what a company is really like is to talk to people who work there

how is this news, litterally been going on since users had ability to review and is mostly done in response to EMPLOYEES and Patrons who will bash companies for not bending to their will.

I've also seen multiple negative employee reviews, obviously written by the same person, and Glassdoor refuses to review them.
