Lattice Semiconductor Corp. shares LSCC fell 2% after the programmable logic chipmaker’s modest outlook overshadowed its earnings beat. Shares of Monolithic Power Systems Inc. MPWR shares fell 6% after the computer power system maker’s in-line forecast took away from its earnings beat. Rambus Inc. shares RMBS fell as much as 8% as the chip and sensor maker’s earnings and outlook disappointed.
