CoreLogic’s Kevin Brogan told Sky News on Friday there was an increase in clearance rates and that was a good indicator of the market.
“We’ve seen both Sydney and Melbourne moving ahead more strongly than the other markets, and noticeably in Sydney in particular, it’s actually some of the higher value houses that are selling particularly well,” he said.
