Items such as sewing kits, vanity kits, shoe-cleaning kits, irons and magazines will be made available to guests upon request only. However, sanitisers must be made available in all rooms.Hotel guides that are usually given to subsequent customers must be replaced with electronic or disposable versions.

The contents of housekeeping trolleys must be reduced as much as possible and remaining contents must be wiped regularly and deep cleaned at the end of each day.
