"I've seen more and more people moving to Austin from California, New York, Seattle and Chicago, especially since the pandemic began," local Austin Redfin agent, April Miller, was quoted saying in the report. But things look very different in 2020, as working from home has meant it's now a possibility for some to move to a bigger space in a less densely populated area for a more affordable price.
