The Vice Chancellor, Emmanuel Aluyor, disclosed this yesterday in Iyamho, Etsako West local government of Edo State, while briefing journalists on the 2nd convocation of the school slated for November 7.He said the money was to enable the winning students to actualise their business ideas.
