A former Governor of Lagos State, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, on Wednesday donated N50m to victims of a fire incident that ravaged the Katsina Central Market on Monday.
He urged the victims to see the incident as an act of God, imploring them not to be weighed down by the disaster.Tinubu urged the market executive to ensure that the victims were properly taken care of. Meanwhile, a 43-year-old Islamic teacher, Muhammadu Abba, was among 34 suspects paraded on Wednesday at the Katsina police headquarters for alleged looting during the fire incident.
