“These investments will give American children a head start and pave the way for the best-educated generation in U.S. history,” the administration said.The new details are part of Biden’s $1 trillion-plus package focused on so-called human infrastructure — child care, health care, education and other core aspects of the household architecture that undergird everyday life for countless Americans.
Administration officials said Monday that details of the proposal were yet to be finalized. But the package builds on, a massive investment in infrastructure that goes beyond roads and bridges to include veterans hospitals, child care centers and other developments. Funding the initiative would be a tax increase on the extremely rich, most notably a near doubling of the capital gains tax rate on incomes above $1 million to 39.6%.

People worry so much about how it’ll be paid for. Who cares? Seriously, it isn’t that important. Future generations would rather have debt than broken, long-ignored infrastructure and a non-existent safety net. You can bet on that.
Some of these efforts cant make impact if all other aapects of self protective greed structures are in place - if one looks at rhe number of ego multi million dollar projects where public investments are used I think there should be proportionate in lower end people's housing etc

Human infrastructure is the future if we are going to continue having households where both parents work. The old paradigm of a having a stay-at-home parent masked the necessity of childcare to the economy as a whole.
