Dallas-based Realty Capital Residential has closed on financing and started construction on its luxury residential tower project in the Lakeside Village development in Flower Mound.

The project consists of one, two and three-bedroom tower residences, penthouse units, townhomes, 6,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, and a five-level parking garage, according to a news release. “After working on and marketing the first residential tower in Lakeside, Lakeside Tower, we learned a great deal about what amenities and building features residents desire,” said, President of Realty Capital Residential, in a prepared statement. “The feedback we continue to receive from residents is that, despite the wealth of amenities in the building, the beautiful views of Lake Grapevine and Lakeside’s walkability are what make it such a special place to live.
