Lois Cain's at-home business is already fully booked until September

A woman with no prior business experience is rolling in bookings after her at-home punt paid off. Lois Cain, from Liverpool, moved away from her office job and now helps people to take care of themselves internally and externally through relaxation therapy with a range of new skills under her belt. The 27-year-old, who previously worked in the beauty industry as a makeup artist, helped people look their best for years but she jumped ship not long ago for a standard nine-to-five job.

Enamoured by the process, she trained through Buddha Therapies and went on to learn additional treatments including Indian head massages, Swedish full body, and holistic facials. With a range of uncommon treatments under her belt, Lois kickstarted her social media presence, invited clients into her own home and Growth Head Spa was born. She said: 'This is such a new treatment I had to really research where I could find a place to learn it. It's completely changed my lifestyle now.
