(Reuters) - Brazil enjoyed a thumping 4-0 win over Peru in a 2026 World Cup qualifier on Tuesday to build on the momentum from last week's come-from-behind win in Chile but head coach Dorival Junior said his side remain very much a work in progress.

’s shareholders have approved and expressed strong support for the proposed acquisition of Capital A’s entire equity interest in the aviation business within AirAsia Aviation Group Ltd and AirAsia Bhd for RM6.8 billion.

"This pivotal decision clears the path for AAX’s transformative acquisition which is expected to be completed by year-end as an enlarged aviation group, subject to final court and regulatory approvals,” it said.
