Since when are hospitals under financial pressure? They're perpetually remodeling, adding-on or under construction. And their interiors look like palaces.

This is where the government needs to step in and shoulder the burden. We pay millions in taxes and in a time of crisis we should expect to see a return

I thought a lot of equipment is rented?

Yeah, much easier to just warehouse the patients in hospital hallways and let them die, like in Italy, where the mortality rate has now risen to 6.7% (1016 fatalities divided by 15113 confirmed cases)
