La Trobe University's James Leibold says there are "privacy collection" and human rights concerns surrounding the 10 million Chinese COVID-19 testing kits arriving in Australia. The testing kits were part of a deal with Chinese company Beijing Genomics Institute brokered by mining magnate Andrew 'Twiggy' Forrest, and require DNA samples in order for them to work.
Mr Siebold told Sky News host he doesn't know if his DNA samples - if he needed to use the testing kits - would "end up in Beijing in some police linked data base". On top of the obvious privacy issues, Mr Siebold said there are ethical concerns relating to the two Chinese companies who have provided the machines used to test the data.
What do you expect from a country who’s government finds it acceptable to machine gun down their own citizens.
Seriously! Why does Australia need to risk using more faulty equipment from China when we have the capability to produce our own? Australia needs to stop inviting this cheap crap into our country.
Why are we buying them for China send them back probably not good anyway
RichForrest2 Buying test kits from China and Forrest? Why isn't health minister organising them? Who's responsible for faulty ones? Another death from faulty one at aged care facility. Why are we getting treated 3rd world? ScottMorrisonMP wants us to boost the economy and expect deaths.
Why would China even send test kits to Australia?
Andrew Forrest could not give a care ...they work do they or are they all faulty ..
愚蠢无知的东西,检测试剂一次性使用的东西,建议你们销毁所有的检测试剂,没有检测就没有病例。
I dont know why we would even consider chinese tests, send them back...
Made by oppressed slave labour working for a murderous dictatorship !
Then don't use those test kits. Dump them as waste.
Typical smear campaign platitudes! How many times such scum can still make fool of people! Such malicious people are disgracefully sick.
