Parañaque City’s Business Permit and Licensing Office (BPLO) chief, Atty. Melanie Soriano-Malaya, was re-elected for the third time as president of the National Association of Business Permit and Licensing Office (NABPLO).

Parañaque City’s Business Permit and Licensing Office chief, Atty. Melanie Soriano-Malaya, was re-elected for the third time as president of the National Association of Business Permit and Licensing Office .

The purpose of the program is to recognize the role of local BPLO chiefs in each city and municipality in promoting a business-friendly local government unit. The BPLO chief said Project ELO 2.0 was conceptualized during the term of 1st District Representative Edwin Olivarez as mayor of Parañaque.
