Enoch Godongwana, who took up the position of finance minister just over a year ago, is one of the top performers in President Cyril Ramaphosa's cabinet.
The biggest of these is the decision to solve the Eskom debt problem by relieving the troubled company of a large portion of its debt, freeing it up to borrow again.
