While Texas scored well on WalletHub's metrics, another study found that the Lone Star State is also home to the most burnt-out workforce. study by job-search platform LensaTexas also boasted the second-highest use of the online search term"burnout," just behind California, according to the report. But Cali residents work just 38.2 hours a week on average and earn a mean salary $17,000 higher than that of the average Texan.
