A popular Ramsbottom wine merchant and beer cellar has announced its closure, blaming a 'faltering market' in the area.
The store's owners posted on their Facebook page blaming the 'usual combination of rising costs and falling sales' for the announcement. They added they had 'no choice' but to close in the 'faltering Rammy market'."After 5 years we have finally been forced to pull the plug on our Ramsbottom branch of Grape to Grain," they wrote in a post.
"Over the years we have had an amazing collection of people form the Rammeh team, some awesome regulars and some great times. Thanks to you all for coming to see us and enjoy the cosy vibe," the post continued.
